DR. WISAM JASIM MOHAMMED

​Dr. Wisam has a medical degree from the College of Medicine – Tikrit University in Iraq (2001). His career began as a full-time medical rotator at Tikrit Teaching Hospital, gaining hands-on experience across multiple specialties including surgery, pediatrics, and gynecology and sat on the board for anesthesia and ICU in Iraq. Since 2008, he has served as Vice President of the Arab Foundation for Investment and Development, leading various international infrastructure initiatives, particularly in Africa. Wisam brings over a decade of executive experience in economic development, holding the position of Vice President at the International Organization for Economic Development since 2013. His diverse expertise spans humanitarian project management, healthcare systems, infrastructure development, and international banking operations.
